So I just got a new computer and i had to download livesplit again, however when i downloaded it it came up that the website wasn't secure and the publisher was unknown. I once accidentally downloaded a virus and I don't want to do it again, so is this normal?

not sure where you downloaded but the official github is the right place also google says the livesplit.org site isnt secure because it doesnt have https https://github.com/LiveSplit/LiveSplit/releases/1.8.16/
