Ive downloaded live split one but am not sure how to add it to obs.

window capture

In obs in the sources section hit the + (new source) and then hit window capture. Make sure live split is open and obs is not in full screen mode. It will ask for the window you want to record. It should come up as Live Split One, hit that. And you should be good. You can edit the size and shaping all you want.
