Your question is confusing, can you elaborate? If you mean "display what your IGT is for the game you're playing", that's a thing that varies by game. You could search how to do that elsewhere, or just tell use what game you're speedrunning.

Every game has it's own method of showing IGT. For instance, some games (example: Celeste, A Short Hike) has a built-in IGT while other uses third party tools (example: Livesplit Autosplitter) in order to show the IGT.

Other than that, ask respective game forum that you speedrun. They might give you a clue.
