I did an AOC2 Run and it was rejected for the reason: "Run Repeated" by the moderator. Can't I really take methods from other runs and do mine?

If you have questions about why a run was rejected, I would ask the mod who rejected it. Based on that message, it sounds like you submitted your run twice, not that you used strats from other runners (which is definitely allowed).
