Howdy howdy! I'm Ray. I made this account specifically so I could request a game that my friend and I got immediately obsessed with. We've both started making a route for it and I feel like it's pretty solid. I have never done this (I don't think my friend has either,) and I'm quite excited to get into the speedrunning community after watching people like SmallAnt and AstralSpiff for about a year. ^^
It's called "Bevel's Painting." It's a pretty simple puzzle/horror RPG Maker game in the same vein as games like "The Witch's House" and "Ib" with 10 endings (plus one secret ending!) Most of the run is probably gonna be prefecting movement and menu navigation, since there's only, like, 1 point where there's any RNG. I'll be practicing while I wait for my account to be old enough to request the game. I got a sub 15 min. any% run before going to bed yesterday, which was my goal for my first full playthrough attempts!! Got very excited when I did it, haha.
