Basically the title said it all, I'm new to speedrunning and don't know what to do to setup a timer. Much appreciated!

I usually turn off the recording/stream timer, when I just started to speedrun, I just set it for 99 hours, and turned it off manually

Instrumentes > timer records and streams > Remove the check mark from the inscription "Turn on the recording timer every time"
