Rwhitegoose's tirade got me interested in speedrunning, so I wanted to ask at the source, how did you guys first get into speedrunning, and why do you continue?

However, most users here are not degenerates, and this site is pretty laid back so expect to have a good time on the website. Good luck with runs!

What got me into speedrunning around 2.5 years ago was SummoningSalt’s WR progression vids. Without them I would likely not be here.
