So yeah you will need this version of the game if you want to run for the Automatic Version category. (clic on "Version Automatique", it should start to download)


Just launch what you downloaded, and it will install a version of the game running on DosBox and that should, at least we hope, not need any other stuff to work. Some little advice : even if the game is sometimes a little too long to close, try to avoid to just Alt-F4 because it may have trouble launching correctly the next time.

Also, as you can guess, the game is in french - if you are fine with that, très bien, but if you are not, you can easily change it ! You just need to go into C://Jeux/ABWFR/Forestia/CD (or wherever you installed the game), and you should have a file called "Forestia.img". You can replace this file with the other version of the game that you can easily find elsewhere online, or if you have it, with a version of the game using the language of your choice, I'm still testing it but it does seem to work correctly !


(If the game you find online is called for example "Forestia-EN-Version.iso" or something else, you have to rename it "Forestia.img". Don't worry, img and iso are kinda the same thing and it should work ! You can also rename the original one if you don't want to erase it and play in french another time)
