Any% Load Comparisons

I went through and timed all of the load times of three different runs by the frame. One for Gamecube, Wii, and Nintendont on a Wii with USB loading. 

These were the results 
Wii is faster than Gamecube by: 	            00:02.85

Nintendont is faster than Gamecube by:    00:23.65

Nintendont is faster than Wii by:	            00:20.80

Tutorial
-skip 2 cutscenes
-wait for 3rd cutscene to start than skip it
-talk to faries twice, at same time walk to where Oberon spawns
-skip 2 cutscenes
-sprintjump across bookcases and climb ladder
-skip cutscene
-sprint to Titania and skip cutscene
(note, if you skip Titania cutscene on a specific frame, the star that spawns does not move. This saves about 2 seconds)
-Sprint to star and push box before cutscene starts
-Grab star and sprint to button
-Skip cutscene, push button
-Grab star, skip 3 cutscenes
-Targets (see video), make sure you are in front of door before cutscene starts, this saves about 2.5 seconds
-Skip 2 cutscenes
 
Fairly Disasterous
-Skip 3 cutscenes
-Get star directly in front of you, then get star to the left
-Ten coin present on way to third star (10)
-Push block once, jump onto building and grab star
-Get four coins around tree, two coins in barrel (16)
-Spray cards, skip cutscene (grab 3 coins on the way) (19)
-Grab 6 coin present (25)
-Sprintjump across gap (see video)
-Sprintjump to Square Market
-Out of Bounds trick to rainbow bridge early (see video)
-Grab 10 coin present (35)
-Sprint to boss battle
-Frame-perfect cutscene skip (skips an otherwise unskippable 33-second cutscene), kind of hard to explain, see video
-sprint backwards to get Quince’s health bar to appear, then push button twice for hearts
-get on top of fountain, pause for a moment, and spam suit sprayer until hearts meter is empty
-sprint back to button, push it once, go back to fountain, spam suit sprayer
-repeat until you beat him
-skip cutscene
 
Hubworld
-Skip 2 cutscenes
-sprint to catch recipe
-sprint back to Jorgen
-skip 3 cutscenes
-sprint to Take it on the Chin
 
Take it on the Chin
-skip 2 cutscenes
-sj across taxis, grab star before it runsto end of ledge
-enter building, sj across gap (can be a bit tricky)
-catch star, climb ladder
-sprint to catch star, get crimson wing
-go back to start of level, take path to where pogo stick is
-grab star on roof, climb ledges to second star
-sj to catch second star (this can be a bit tricky)
-jump to next roof, skip cutscene
-pull block twice, jump to third star, get pogo stick
-get to roof of waterworks (see video for route)
-fence jump to waterworks early (see video)
-crimson wing across gaps
-crimson wing to right, pogo stick to star
-grab star on center platform
-pogo stick to star on far left platform (get freeze ray)
-freeze enemy, ride elevator
-enter block puzzle room, sj to push button
-pull far block 3 units to the end
-climb ladder, push button
-use a curved pogo stick jump to ledge with movie clip
-jump down to block you pushed, crimson wing to ledge
-(note, it is possible to skip pushing the block by pogo jumping to ledge with sticker and using a curved crimson wing flight to reach the end platform. However, this trick is extremely difficult and probably not worth it (it saves about 12-15 seconds))
-grab present on ground, sprint into next room
-sj across gap, push button to lower water
-sprint through hallway, jump onto barrel and pogo onto ledge to skip raising water again
-continue to next room,
-freeze enemies with freeze ray, jump across them
-continue to crimson wing room
-grab 12 coins behind Crimson Chin, then talk to him and skip 2 cutscenes
-sprint to next room (where Chin is facing)
-grab present
-use crimson wing to skip block puzzle (see video)
-freeze enemy, grab present
-continue to ceiling fan room
-grab 50 coin present, (on back left platform)
-to H2Olga (equip freeze ray)
-beat H2Olga (see video)
Note: you should have about 143 coins before entering H2Olga fight, (most of these coins are on the way unless otherwise specified)
 
Dad’s Dream
-long, unskippable cutscene
-sprint past suit to first section, grab coins (should have 150 by now)
-seamwalk to skip most of first section (see video, this can be really tricky at first)
-sj to machine, skip cutscene, jump into void before next cutscene starts
-sprint back to hub
-grab yellow star next to shop, enter shop to get sprint shoes (1st on right)
climb stairs to get 2nd yellow and 1st purple star
-Get 3rd yellow star on dock (obtain light bulb), pick up a moth and sprint to 2nd purple star
-Destroy suit in front of statue room, grab 3rd purple star (obtain magnet)
-Enter 2nd section
-jump on lamp to skip entire second section
-sprint back to hub
-Get 1st green star in statue room
-Get 2nd green star past frog (stun frog w/magnet, use moth to destroy suit)
-Get 3rd green star in front of bench (obtain klaxon)
-sprint to 3rd section
-sprint past first suit
-sj to skip slide (this can be tricky)
-continue to second suit, skip it by luring it to right and sprinting around it (see video)
-continue, skip third suit by sj-ing from higher platform
-fix boat, sprint back to hub
-fuel boat (select cosmo as default, collect at least 8 bulbs to win)
-Don’t play again (you have to select no)
-Ride boat to boss
-beat boss (see video)
-note, if you skip cutscenes too quickly, you can freeze the boss, making it unbeatable. Be careful here
 
Get a Clue
-Sprint to upper right room
-Go to lower level of room, grab star and continue to room opposite ladder
-do switch challenge to get star
sprint to other room, push block twice and sj across bookcases to get star (obtain inverter)
go to room with Oberon and Titania portrait (through ceiling of first room)
activate cutscene with painting to unlock pit room
-do pit skip (see video)
-skip puzzle by using inverter next to painting
-sj to far bookcase in next room, use inverter, sj through cat painting
-go through cellar, ignore block,
-use inverter next to hole to skip block puzzle
-beat the boss (see video for lensless strat)
 
Hubworld
-skip last two levels by jumping from ledge on left to top of gate (se video)
-enter Shadow Showdown
 
-Shadow Showdown
-Beat boss (see video for strat, very easy)
-timing ends when you lose control of Timmy
-watch amazing cutscenes
-done
 
 
General Notes
 
-Version Differences
-There are two versions of this game, for gamecube and for ps2
-No differences in the game itself, but a few pros and cons for each
-Gamecube is faster overall (faster loading times), but a worse control scheme (imo), the coin glitch (see below) and a chance of crashing at Dad’s Dream (see below)
-Ps2 is slower overall because of longer loading times, but has better control scheme, no coin glitch and no DD crash
 
-The Coin Glitch
-For some reason, if you complete the game on the Gamecube version and start a new game without turning off the system, you have to get a lot closer to coins in order to collect them. To get rid of this glitch, you have to turn off the system and turn it back on again (just resetting will not work.) Make sure you don’t have this glitch before attempting a run, because coins are a lot harder to grab and can make runs a lot slower.
 
-Dad’s Dream Crash
-For whatever reason, there is a chance that the game can crash at the third section of Dad’s Dream if you use the klaxon on top of a tool box. I have no idea why this happens or how to avoid it.

Updated Any% and All Levels Video guide. Novice - Advanced Strats

I tried to cover as many strats as possible that I knew of for this video guide. This is an undedited live recording, so I apologize for the backtracking and missing a few tricks. I plan to post videos for everything that I wasn't able to show off in this video.
