Pandemona has Spd-J. You haven't junctioned Pandemona to Irvine at all. Note that if you follow my notes, I don't explicity make Pandemona learn SPd-J at all, the 3 Amnesia Greens used in the Esthar menu make it so once Pandemona learns Initiative, it starts learning Spd-J automatically. If you use the Amnesia Greens after it has learned Initiative already, you have to make it learn Spd-J manually.
