Hello I am pretty new to speed running and it seems fallout is pretty good to start with! I do have a problem though, doesn't matter how fast I guess out of the vault or how the save file is made, the merchant just will not spawn or takes multiple attempts to get him to spawn. Can anyone help me figure out a way for him to spawn always?
