Eventhough Frogatto is pretty easy to get a grasp of how to speedrun it, there might be some parts that need clarification.

First of all, you can skip all textboxes by pressing esc, which technically works on controller with joytokey (a software that binds keys to controller buttons), however the button placement on the controller is getting switched so we find keyboard more comfortable.

The bossfight at 4:43, the reason I killed the cat close to the exit last was because then the key spawns faster. You can get it spawn faster without doing that but then you need to wait in the left edge of the cave until the boss fight bar is gone after killing the last cat.

A 4:56 I perform a glitch where I make sure to have no momentum when entering the loading zone, which somehow teleports me to the exit of the house with the yellow key.

At 12:39 we do a skip where we get the red key early. I don't have any good instructions on how to do it so try to feel for yourself how you need to do to make it up. Buying an extra long tongue can be beneficial but a bit slower.

Skip at 18:13 is performed by spitting out a bug at the edge of the platform, taking damage and then run through the spikes. However, there are times where the bug clips though the ground and we haven't found a way to prevent this yet.
