How does AndrewG get the mega ramp boost in level 1 off the last short ramp and over the medium height ramp? Is there a trick to it? His run and maybe the person in second place are the only runs that go over that ramp. I've tried and can't seem to make it over. Any tips would be appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply. You need to build up speed by tilting all the way forward off the triangle ramps and then pressing left for a split second when hitting the ground the maintain the speed. Then hold "right" immediately after pressing "left."
