i believe that the fps limit should be 75, not 60, to submit a speedrun. all 75 fps does really is make the gameplay more smoother if anyone else agrees with me make a thread just like this
as far as i know the reason it's banned is because it does give a slight advantage, not everyone can use it, and it's not the intended way to play
literally no other platform besides from Windows PCs can reach 75fps, and that's using a third-party application, giving those who speedrun on Windows PCs (Keep in mind, some of our most active runners are mobile / mac users) an unfair advantage over others.
And not to mention, you can fix this """"lag"""" issue (which I've used 60, 75, 120 and 240hz and none of those times I've experienced those issues people say they get), and if that's the case, just change your fps cap to 60.5 or set your monitor's refresh rate to 60. The only reason you want a removal of this rule is because you want an advantage over others, not because you want to fix this lag. I used to speedrun this game at a consistent 20fps before I got a better computer, and the same goes for many other users who play this game. For crying out loud, I joined this community while my computer was so bad I couldn't even run ToHF without half a second of input lag and a drop to 15fps, so complaining about a tiny bit of lag is barely noticable in comparison to what so many of our runners experience during the ENTIRETY of their run.

Now that Roblox has added the option to change your FPS cap in the settings, speedrunning up to 240 FPS is now Allowed. Yippee !
To Be Clear: Memory writing below 60 FPS for things like lag clips is still not allowed cause that takes external software
