Is hitting every checkpoint required? There's some huge risk/reward in skipping checkpoints assuming you dont need to have a specific checkpoint value to enter the areas, but even then the final area ends when you touch the final checkpoint so... are you allowed to skip them?

The rules say nothing, they just say that you have to go from the first checkpoint to the end

They made it so you cant anyway.

Although we can't skip checkpoints, can we have a subcategory for skipping them? It'd be great for those who constantly forget to touch the checkpoints, and people don't have to spend like half an hour to complete the entire game just to reset and do the level they want. Also, I noticed that there are shortcuts that'd skip checkpoints and reduce a significant amount of time.

Maybe a little late for that I guess.
