You can remove the split 71, that solves the problem with autosplitter in that part of the game. You can't check reset box because the person who made the autosplitter file didn't wrote the code for it. So you have to reset for yourself.

No, you will not lose any time, just the time at that specific door will not be recorded. And don't change nothing more in the splits

Did you follow the correct route? If you do something out of order than what the splits are written for then you'll mess up the splits.
