Hi i downloaded the portal splits file and i am trying to learn the Inbounds runs its my first time using the livesplit software and speedrunning My livesplit timer doesnt stop on loading screens i have seen other peoples do i even have the compare against set to game time can someone let me know what i did wrong
In order to have the timer stop during loading screens, you have to right click the splits and set "compare against" to Game Time. If you have not already done so, I would recommend going to "edit splits" and clicking the "Activate" button next to where is says "Game Time and Auto Splitting are Available". This will make it so livesplit automatically splits at the end of each chamber, have fun speedrunning and goodluck!
Hi i have all of that turned on but for some reason it doesn't to work and i assume when i pause the game the timer should stop as well? (if it should mine does not)
ok i had a look at it and the timer does stop on loading screens thank you for that but it does not stop when i pause the game is it supposed to be like that?
but my livesplit timer doesn't pause, am i supposed to change something in it except the things mentioned above?
An update has been released for SST that adds the command sst_portal_resetisg. This command removes Item Save Glitch and is to be used in place of restarting the game. This is a temporary solution while a more robust and legitimate one is developed.
