For this speedrun you'll want first to tweak your config.txt, set the following things:

story. "0" extrahelp "0" charamake_wiz. "1"

wait1. to something lower (although i'm not sure how big of a difference it makes).

Once you start the game and finish creating your character spam esc to skip Lomias's dialogue then press F12 to open the console. Type "gain_spact" to gain all special actions of the game. Leave cave then make a beeline for Lesimas, reset if you come across any random encounters and don't go over any cave tiles that might end up spawning in the way.

Once at Lesimas hold down F7 until you reach F45, which should take about five seconds or less depending on your machine. Press esc to get out of the dialogue and the hotkey A to open the special actions menu. go to Mewmewmew on page three and select it. That's it, game beat. In the most anticlimatic way possible.
