If you somehow can't do it yourself (have epic games version, for example) here is french voiceover files

Go to where you have the game installed and copy over the files from Data_FR

Doing all of this will replace the speech and dialogue to be in French, while keeping the subtitles in English (if you don't use english version, change file names accordingly)
