Changshan: Triggering the rockslide ASAP yourself seems to cause a softlock, or at least no thanks. Being fast here in general causes only problems. I think not waiting for Gongsun Zan to spawn will cause the explicit thank you to not count...

Puyang: something something farm rage for speedy Cao Cao fight to skip dialogue

Dingtao: Need some way for Liu Bei's dialogue to be skipped or delayed, or it will remain the bottleneck.

Xu Province: Me being a clown caused the troops to despawn, which lead to me not being able to farm 3 musou bars quickly. If you are slow at killing Dian Wei, the gates will not open and you will have to kill everybody around.

Wujun: You can skip having to kill Sun Ce if you kill Yuan Shu quick enough before his line. Musouing to Sun Quan and using rage then might be more consistent(?).

Guandu: You will probably be able to skip Yuan Shao's "other sources" line pretty easily if you kill Feng Ji/Lu Xiang in quick succession. Pushing the distance from you to Cao Cao's troops could save some time, allowing you be closer to the main gates.

Chang'an: Unless a sequence break, I don't know how to speed it up. Not killing Yan Liang and Wen Chou early will cause a softlock.
