More or less converted EvilAsh's notes/guide into splits. 

Should note that the level grinds show things like:

Level 7 (450XP) +Swing Metal Scorpion

For which I mean it's generally safe to swing at metal scorpions after completing this split when obtaining level 7. I got it mixed up myself but wasn't sure a better way to explain it. Mostly because the first split of the grinds state what to swing/run/hurt and that's valid before getting the first new level of the grind. EG:

Level 5 (110XP) Swing Skeletons, Run Warlock, Hurt others

You're level 4 here and just starting the grind so you want to just swing at skeletons, cast hurt on MS and Wolves, and run from Warlocks.

Hopefully it'll help someone out with getting started on this run.
