Ran on Bizhawk 2.8.0 with BSNES core. Didn't need the Felina safety heal throughout the run this time and skipped the juice buy after Freezer. Could have possibly tied Call_Me_Kaiser if I didn't get frozen on the final boss, it would have been close :)
