This skip got me a run under 10 minutes, it cuts off roughly 11 seconds, more if you do it first try! Good find.

The taxi-man's left hand sleeve is open. If you crouch and walk in, it'll put you right next to the head.

this might be useful if you just go to the building instead of the taxi guy. however you now have to do it twice (going forward to the head while doing this skip and then going back out) so thats the consideration part if it saves time or not. sorry when i wrote that original message i was not thinking right and in terms of a potential route change. thank you for shortening that gap from doing it normally atleast
