I randomly found a fame 1 skip in the electric cage room while practicing for this run. then grinned that room until I understood the timing. (4:21)

Surprisingly I didn't even get the high score screen at the end of this run. Apparently you build up point while you die since you need to do rooms over again, as long as you don't get a game over your point accumulate.
