Emulator: BIZHawk w/ SMSHawk Core Ran at 50FPS this was a PAL ROM

There was some Delay in Recording I did reset but didnt get the full part.

If need be let me know if i have to play all over.

Mod Note: Run was at 50 fps when it should have been 60fps. Retimed to 25:53 for conversion. please be aware for any future runs.
