General rules

There may be some unwritten rules, so if there are any gray areas, they’ll be accessed by mods. 

This will be covering:
General Rules

Rules to Full-Game-Runs

General Rules:

1. No Hacking 
2. No use of any method that’s to affect the time outside of the run itself (e.g speeding up runs, cutting frames, etc)
3. No third person world records, whoever completes the course (get to the beacon and win) must have their footage present. 
4. Don’t crop in to hide certain parts of the game.
5. Though it is possible (but extremely rare), no double-leaps.
6. You must complete the course (finish the map), if you fail the last jump on a map, but the ping ends the game for you, it will not be accepted. Because if it were not for the op ping, you would've just died like you would if you died in the middle of the map. 


Categories:

Rules For Jumper (aka Leaper) 
-The rules for jumper are straightforward.

Menu Grabbing won't be allowed (unless it has a category that allows it). 

Rules For Disruptor 
-The rules for disruptor are straightforward.

Block Glitching is allowed with the bomber ability, but menu grabbing is not allowed (unless it has a category that allows it).

Rules For Warper 
-The rules for warper are straightforward.

Menu grabbing is not allowed (unless it has a category that allows it)

Rules For Digger 
Normal:  Straightforward. But no block Glitching.
No Placements: You can only mine and not place (will also work just like Normal)
Leapless: Anything (that’s not cheating) is allowed without leaps. 



Rules For No Leap
Helpless: No block glitching or support. 
Kitless:  Leapless but without the person finishing using any kits.
Kitless Solo: Like Kitless but no support.
Disruptor Blocks: Like kitless solo but with no block glitch. Probably will stay solo.



Rules to Full Game Runs:

Must either be live streaming or give raw footage. If you offer either, you can also give the edited version.

How to time your World Records (Old)

I have linked in the description to other tutorials using different editors and I have explained in the video.

We recommend you to use either my timer or LittleScorpion1O's timer.

You can modify these timers to make it look nicer (e.g color, font etc.) but you must make sure its above 30 fps. 60 preferably.

You start the timer THE FRAME BEFORE YOU MOVE (So it'll be a frame in when you begin to move). People have been confused in the path and they have started the timer the frame they last get teleported back. This is unfair as you could be standing still for a number of frames.

EDIT: For single-player categories, you are now allowed to wait at spawn, and the run starts the first frame you move forward / your FOV changes (sign of starting sprint).
For more-than-one-player categories, you must start sprinting before the run. AND YOU MUST HAVE THE POV OF THE PERSON WHO BOTH STARTED AND FINISHED THE MAP. 

You stop the timer the frame you go through the beacon. When you are inside the white bit of the beacon.
For through hell the timer will stop the frame you get the portal effect (when your screen has the purplish effect).

Note: any mistimed runs will be corrected by us and the correct time will be stated on the forums. Please do not get angry over this. If you have a concern if we have timed it wrong, please contact us and we will have another look. Mistakes do happen and I hope you understand that

Another thing to be noted is that any run 1-2 frames off current WR, or any run where the closeness of the times cannot be told from each other (aka, it's too confusing to find out which run is faster due to reasons of sprint fov changes and movement timing), will be considered tied with the current world record. It’s extremely rare but should be noted.
