If he just shows his editor and him timing his run I'll immediately conclude with him cheating due to the fact that you can speed up the footage and then render/export it and pretend it's raw footage, I'm not dumb enough to fall for that trick.
He's had 3 chances to be legit...please, don't give him any more. He's just going to make it look like his editor did something dumb. Plus, even if he does upload proof, how would we know whether or not he has undone his cheating then start to disprove it.
