People wait at the start for Skylands Disruptor so they can do the lava strat without stopping and their runs get accepted so why not?

Imo this should be allowed, you get a slight disadvantage if you wait at the start anyway because you get an extra "catch"

I think when we see it be used with digger we'll have more sincere discussions but at this time I don't think it'll be an issue
