and nugget bridge, first trainer is right side

go to makyo town,buy 6 satan drink(use ether kamehameha(20/20)and one drink if needed) and straight to route 8;  Lass -2 kame 
move close to fences and underground path to west city

grab tea+HM02 FLY

via bike path, go down right, one cueball right side; -kame (hidden holy water right line of infosign one tile left of water side(spam A, kinda hard to get), hug left side, to GINGER TOWN, 
go to babidi zone(pop reg repel 2nd area) pick up item top of area 3, go to shop sell nuggets and buy 1 max repel and max z-drinks(heal). 
do GYM 6
room 1 -2EP

Babidi -3 kaioken, KR -KR -KR -KR (SPLIT) 

get strength and holy water, fly to mount poazu and surf down(can surf middle until fishermen) to ROSHI'S ISLAND
do enigma mansion(go up, go far right for calcium and back left again, go up again,hit switch and drop leftmost side of left balcony(pick up carbos), go basement, do basement(hidden elixer right of 2nd switch), grab turtle suit and use vitamins+PP ups, escape rope out

then do CAPSULE CORP, elevator to 10F, fight grunt(1 kame), pick up right and bottom item, elevator to 5F;(hit lvl 34 here or on grunt on 3F) get hidden PP up in room, AVOID scientist, step portal twice and get card key, fight grunt and unlock left room, use protal to 3F
open room and portal
!!! menu time!!! order, 3 holy waters, 1sdrink, 3ppups 1max ether, toss moon stone, vitamins
KR cooler and setup -4/5 kaioken on zarbon(diving kick does 35/40 damage+paralysis chance), heal and KR. KR 2HKO at +4 oozaru. +5 attack needed for 1HKO super13. 1HKO Vegeta
dont get Android 16, 1sdrink depending on hp 
grunt -3 kame/KR if no PP; pilaf battle -2 kaioken, KR the rest 
heal with PC and escape rope out(SPLIT)

go to satan city and do GYM 5 
black belt 1 -kame 
tamer -3 kame 
rotating black belt 1 -4 kame 
rotating black belt 2 -2EP
juggler -3 kame, use last sdrink for enough hp to setup
Mr Satan -6 kaioken, KR -KR -KR -KR 1HKO at +6 on buutenks (SPLIT) 9/16KR

buy 11 max repels and fly to roshi's island
do GYM 7 NO, NO, YES, NO, NO, NO
Master Roshi -6 kaioken, KR -KR -KR 1HKO on buuhan at +6 -KR (SPLIT) 1/16KR

heal and fly to ARU VILLAGE and do GYM 8 
go right and up first, fight "karate king" -3kame; walk back and fight warren -5 kame 
Pilaf -kaioken, kame -EP -EP - 4kame -kame ;heal(if 30hp) (SPLIT) (heal hp, and max ether KR)
route 22 rival battle -2 kame *g-oozaru*-5 kaioken, KR(heal if needed)*zarbon 2* -KR *super13* -KR *metal cooler(dash attack)* -KR*majin vegeta(dash attack)* -KR*perfect cell* ; heal
badge gate, encounter 1 wild fighter and KO, XP > 500!!(only needed if lvl 53 at entrance with too few holy waters)

do victory road(lvl 53)
1F, push boulder on switch, hug right wall,go up and PUSH UP for holy water, hug left wall before ladder to avoid trainer
2F push boulder, rush down wall, right and up
3F push boulder up and through corridor(dont pick up item), go back to raised surface and avoid trainers, push boulder into hole and drop
2F push boulder and go to ladder
3F, go right wall to avoid double battle and exit(SPLIT HERE)
use holy waters to get to lvl 57 right after heal, put cursor on zdrink. buy 11 crystal and rest senzu

LEAGUE
east kai -2 kaioken, EP 1HKO all
south kai -4 kaioken, KR everything, Oozaru is 2HKO, heal if hp<80
west kai -2 kame pikkon, 2 kaioken piccolo kame+punch/rush, rush garlic+kid buu, hirudegarn phantom does around 70(if full hp when hirudegarn sent out, kame spam !!have 11 kame after fight!!); teach hyper mode over kaioken, heal
north kai -2 hyper modes, kame sweep(!!! DONT HEAL AFTER SETTING UP, EZ LOSE!!!)
champion, -2 hyper modes
