Technique to go further in jumps using the "Superman" maneuver
How to use and application:
-
You have to hold the right analog stick down, a little before leaving the ramp, holding the maneuver buttons while the bike is still on the ground.
-
After jumping, just move up and down with the right analog stick.
This makes the character travel longer distances in jumps.

Technique to gain a super boost from the terrain in MX races
How to use and application on LIDDELLROCH MX:
- Hold the right analog stick down until the peak of the "mimi ramp"
- Immediately after the front tire surpasses the peak of the "mimi ramp" and starts to descend, hold the right analog stick up.
The further right you are at the start of the race, the easier it is to perform the super boost.
When performed correctly, you can reach up to 99 mph.

Technique to gain a boost on the "Start Line"
How to use and apply it in SALT CITY FR:
- Keep pressing R2 even after the start of the run on the "Start Line".
- Hold the right analog stick up. This is optional; it can hinder or help in executing this technique.
- With correct execution, your character only has time to make two low jumps, barely leaving the ground.
The estimated time gain in a perfect execution (2 jumps without lifting off the ground too much or stopping pedaling) is half a second (0.5 seconds).

How do I know if I'm gaining or losing time?
- Which races allow me to do this to gain time? These are races that start with a slightly steep downhill section. Where you cover a considerable distance between the "Start Line" and the first place that will force your character to leave the ground. Some examples of races where this technique works: Salt City FR; Liddellroch FR...
- Can I use these techniques in other parts of the race? Yes, it's excellent for regaining speed when your character falls off the bike or something makes your character stop. But this requires a lot of knowledge and practice, so you don't lose even more time instead of gaining it. If your character stops and you realize you're in a place that meets the criteria of the previous item (item 1). The place where your character is stopped will be the "Start Line" and you decide whether or not to risk using this technique.
- If your character doesn't lift off the ground much and continues pedaling as if on the ground even in the air. And you managed to perform 2 low jumps, this shows that you executed it perfectly and gained time.
- If your character doesn't lift off the ground much and continues pedaling as if on the ground even in the air. And you managed to perform 1 low jump, this shows that you executed it correctly. And gained less time than in the perfect execution. Executing only 1 jump is safer and easier to perform correctly.
Why use this technique?
- To lower your time in speedruns that are highly optimized and no longer have new, better routes to discover.
- If you play multiplayer with someone of your skill level, getting ahead at the "Start Line" is essential. Because in some races, right at the beginning, there are crucial pickups, and getting ahead will cause the person who falls behind to lose time. This will already guarantee you a 1 to 2 second advantage over your rival.
- This technique is good for regaining speed when your character falls off the bike or something happens that makes your character stop.
New Category: Respawn Glitch
This "Respawn Glitch" was already known and almost a legend in this game. Some people had already told me that they had done it, but they had no record of it and didn't remember how/where it happened. But until now, this was the first record of this type of glitch.
