Are world records on the PC PS2 emulator valid for the "levels" category only if achieved during a live stream on YouTube?

Downhill Domination speedruns have become highly optimized over time; some are pushing the limits of human capability, even surpassing runs achieved using [TAS].

This makes it very difficult to distinguish between a legitimate player and one using [TAS].

My proposal is that, moving forward, any future speedruns performed on a PC-based PS2 emulator that place in the top 3 of the "Levels" category must be streamed live on YouTube.

This would be subject to the category's existing rules, such as displaying controller inputs, FPS, game speed, emulator version, etc.

Speedrun verification?

Once the world record is set, the speedrunner would have the option to submit the full run video to "speedrun.com," provided they include a link to the full livestream in the description of the edited video (which contains only the world record run) and ensure both videos remain visible on the site.

It would be up to the speedrunner whether to set the YouTube video to "public" or "unlisted."

To facilitate verification, the video description would need to specify the exact start and end times of the run being validated.

Algeria

Should he stream all his levels attempt or just one to prove his a legit good player?

New Category: Respawn Glitch

This "Respawn Glitch" was already known and almost a legend in this game. Some people had already told me that they had done it, but they had no record of it and didn't remember how/where it happened. But until now, this was the first record of this type of glitch.
