IGT Run Timing

I completed an Unlock Hatate run today that lost ~20 seconds to slowdown/loading times throughout the run compared to the current top 3 runs. This is a significant amount for that category and feels unfair to me. If possible, IGT should probably be used as the default for timing runs.

On one hand I agree that IGT is better for accurate timing (perhaps depending on the specific inner workings of how it is tracked) but on the other hand it gives players that get naturally higher slowdown rates an advantage. In DS you can't really track this given it's not a game with tracked slowdown percentages throughout a whole run like most games do, so whatever line you draw is going to be more arbitrary (perhaps IGT to realtime ratio?).

Putting aside the question of whether it's RealTime or IGT...

To be honest, it's hard to believe that your slowdown is greater than mine 14 years ago. Is there anything you can improve on in your graphics or streaming settings?

For example, 15 years ago, I installed this DLL and there was no lag at all when I shot
