Pausing through dialogue

Pausing and unpausing the game can sometimes skip some of the dialogue from dora or the chefs. This time saved can add up, especially when the trick is used to skip the transitions between difficulty. (when they say things like: "I bet this next bit will be a snap for you.") It is not always useful, however because it can often waste more time than it earns. (pausing and unpausing takes around 1.7 seconds from what I timed.)
