I highly doubt this, but would emulator runs on ILs for the Doom 3 Collector's Edition (OG Xbox steelbook, not the 360 Doom 3 BFG Edition) release be fine as long as the save states are right before death on that level (as per the rules).

Asking since I know the 360 XBLA versions of Doom 1/2 has no level select I can see.
