The link starts it at the right spot, but just in case, the run begins at 11:30 in the video. At the end, the cutscene plays and the boss is dead (I got the weapon points for it), but I also died before the cutscene plays. Whether or not the run ends up being counted, it's pretty interesting to see.

For example, the extra lives tutorial codex cannot be acquired in the Ultra-Nightmare difficulty. T
