Hello I wanted to know if the Trial Edition of devil may cry can be added as a category of the main game, it's the demo of the base game which contains 2 or 3 of the firsts missions of the game but with some similarities.

The demo ends when you encounter for the first time "Phantom" (the lava scorpion/spider) and takes about 15 minutes to complete (I'm sure less is possible haven't really tried speedrunning it and optimized my run)

it has already been done. and its not 15 minutes. its a 8 min run , maybe can do it in 6 .

Could probs be a few min run. Whether we make a new category for somethin or not in general; really depends on alot of different things that decide whether we make it or not, so we shall see.

Shredmachine this is a Speedrun of the US trial version which is a bit different from the JAP version but I understand

yeah i have seen a demo also when griffin is there instead of phantom. so many different versions of all demos. there were also a fire version of the alastor which never got to the game. but yeah like fisry said depends on many things. rta /igt/lrt you dont get any results or ranks on the demos. firesword alastor would probably be superbroken maybe they add it if they do a remake.. and sparda devil trigger. and finaly fix the griffin core glitch. cant belive they didnt fix it on the hd collection. but cool that you want a trial edition %!
