I'm not sure if this is the best route, but it seems good for now. One thing I realized during the run is that since we don't need to do Tiana's quest, we can instead get her autograph when going to Genie to start his photo quest. So after Black Barty, we go to Naveen, then it's normal from there.

Another important part with this route is to not wand so much once we're level 5. We wanna be level 5 (very close to 6) for when we talk to Tigger. If we're level 6, he'll do an unskippable poses segment, which loses us about 1 minute.

I got trolled so much in Fantasyland near the end, so many character pauses :(
