Aloha, everyone! I've had several runners reach out to me about making some changes to the leaderboard, and I'm here to announce the changes we've made!

• All main full game categories are now separated into Console, Emulator and PC subcategories. According to some top runners, emulator gives an advantage over console because you're able to perform zig-zag tech that is not possible on console. I hope this will help level the playing field!
• The general rules have been greatly simplified; we have removed a lot of unnecessary text about runner conduct, since that kind of stuff is already expected of runners on speedrun.com in general. This will always be a safe space for people to have fun and make friends, and any hatred towards people's gender, race, religion and anything in between will absolutely not be tolerated.
• Runs on all platforms will continue to be timed in LRT (load removed time). This is because loads can vary drastically from playthrough to playthrough, even on the same console. LRT is used to remove any loading discrepancies. Please continue to follow the LRT guidelines.
• We have added DuckStation (v0.1-11108 or newer) as an acceptable emulator, alongside ePSXe 2.0.0.
