Verifier note 2: 3 seconds added to match universal 53s equalization

This was the run of our pb, we decided to post it just for personal achievement, we don't usually run RTA so we don't know about the pause or banned stuff, I hope everything is in order and the RE-time is made of fair way so we can maybe get a 18:2x or lower idk sorry about that.
