i dont think we have a "fastest class" yet but from what i have seen a blink lock with both MIDA's (multi and mini tool) would be a good option
Dont need both midas. Warlock/Blink. Lightweight on a weapon and transversive steps. Only 2 movement buffs stack. You dont even need to run mida. Any weapon with lightweight gives the same movement buff.
