Change time start rule
To keep timing fair across every platform & controller setup, I think we should change when the timer stars, maybe should it be the first frame the train information first appears?
Platforms separated
Since there are several differences between PS1 & PC/Arcade DDG versions, these platforms were separated in two categories. (PC/Arcade & PS1)
In the future, if the community wants, more platforms (like sega saturn) can be added.
