Defeat Gerson to Upgrade OkHeal to BetterHeal quicker

you get better heal anyway so might aswell delay it to after sound of justice

only in glichless in gliched you would fight gerson so you dont fight sound of justice

It was removed (sound of justice giving better heal) but most people play on v250 for doorwarp anyway and it was removed v253
