For each category on the leaderboard, clicking on different subcategories will show different rules for that category. For example, clicking on chaser category, and on normal start location, solo and glitchless, will show all the rules needed to know about running chaser on that specific set of subcategories.

Also, pay attention to the miscellaneous categories, they show up after clicking on an arrow around the place the categories are, you might get interested on them.
