Leaderboards reconstruction

Hi folks! From now on me and the other mods will be fixing some messy rules, variables and such more. This may include the following:
- Roblox in-built recorder has been prohibited for having low resolution and frame rate.
- Runs must be uploaded only on YouTube. Other social medias such as Twitch, google drive, etc aren't allowed due to retiming.
- Verified runs will be inspected for cheating or faking runs.
