Each save slot is its own folder here. This means you copy the folder to copy saves. deaths_gambit0 is Slot 1 deaths_gambit1 is Slot 2 deaths_gambit2 is Slot 3 deaths_gambit3 is Slot 4

Each save slot folder contains the following files: blood.sav environment.sav inventory.sav options.sav player.sav These can likely be copied between different save slots to experiment, probably even creating customized runs, or sharing fresh files that include pre-order DLC.
