For glitchless do I need a timer? I do not have my Gamecube hooked up to a computer and can’t use a timer since it is hooked up to a tv. I still have a capture card. Do I need a timer to speedrun?
In general, you don't "need" a timer to submit runs, regardless of the rta category. I don't know the details of your setup but if you are willing to run without the assistance of a timer then you can just upload the "raw" video of your run, submit with an approximate time (within a few seconds) and it can be retimed precisely by a moderator.
