dw i agree LOL, but anything to make this game hiccup a little less

Id say, especially after talking about it with other people in the community, that an "any% no major skips" category could be solidified im sure. that run might be a bit different from my GDQ run as it did the Aloha track-2-track jump, but would be the best case for a category with no out of bounds tricks or tokyo lap skip or anything.

we might have to get some runs out there to give it some traction but im sure we could make that a category!

okay, ive done some actual testing now, and from what i can gather, there is no one Ultimate Stunt, however there are a couple stunts which combine the fastest moves from each tier. generally speaking, any stunt starting with Rollover (r1 + <-) or Heel Clicker (r1 + ->) and ends with a Buttspin or Holy Roller are among the fastest to perform in my experience

hi! im gonna be submitting quite a few runs of this game (i already have as is, have been enjoying it quite a bit) and trying to grind it, so i was wondering if i could potentially be added as another mod in order to quicken the rate as which runs were verified. would this be possible?

to my understanding, all stunts are roughly the same length. the game encourages mixing up ur stunts due to trick repeat penalties as is, so i say learn a couple (2-3 is a safe number!) to start with, make em muscle memory, and gradually add more the more you play ^^

throwing in flips or spins also helps avoid repeat penalties!

i am a returning runner, and I am in full support of this filter as well. the idea of classic/modern splits enable a runner to optimize their run in the way they deem most enjoyable, while not feeling like they're losing out on massive chunks of time simply for their choice in skips. truthfully, it seems like the most natural choice to me.

I realize this is a very late addition to this forum, but I actually harbored interest in the idea of an "All Acts" as well. I also agree that the exclusion of bosses/minibosses/missions would be different enough to warrant a new category, and it'd also probably make entering the generations speedrun just a bit more digestible.
