I just got a run rejected in 1 day because I wasn't sure if sign up timing was required. I would like shit like this to be in the rules so something like this doesn't happen

i want to know when timing ends in 100 days so i can submit the right times

I mean, they could make a separate section for emu and vc for ils

There’s also a 5:23:11 on the leaderboard which I think is the only other run besides the 6 hour one that this guy beat

Ok, we need more mods. 1 person can’t manage the leaderboard alone. For example, what if someone gets a time and submits it, but Gion is offline? Well then they would have to wait until Gion is back on. But if there were more mods, there would be more people who could have a chance of being online at the time you submit a run and they could accept or deny your run without the wait of one person

I believe that one of the mods should make a discord for the speed running community of this game. It will make discussing new strats more efficient than just typing in forum posts.

I know that RNG can take the time a lot lower than it is. I’ve been on world record pace before because of amazing luck from getting additional subs from other channels. I’ve also lost a ton of sub 10 and sub 9 runs to getting too much bad luck (getting subs taken away). Theoretically, if a player got the max amount of sub boosts in a run with not even one unlucky moment, the category could be taken to mid 5 or even sub 5 minutes.

Yeah I don’t see why category extensions is in miscellaneous. You can request a category extensions leaderboard for any game that has a regular leaderboard

Yeah I think merging it with 120 would be a good idea

I don’t get the point of 119 star. Other miscellaneous categories like 9 star have a reasonable restriction (no skipping BitDW and ddd) but 119 is just 120 but without chests in the current, there’s no point to it in my opinion.
