Sarajevo six, or the other dlc´s are not required. As long as you can play every mainline map from paris to romania in the order given, youll be fine. While some of the dlc´s contain good to have items, theyre not mandatory.

If your runs are performed in the hitman 2016 game engine, they should be uploaded to that leaderboard. If they are done inside the World of Assasination game engine, they should be uploaded to this board.

You can set a default loadout by pressing P when you have the planning menu active (where you select a starting location, what gear you take, what pistol you have etc.) Then that default loadout will be saved for that location, note that you can only have one default loadout per location.
