Real Time is optional, I in fact prefer if you don't enter anything in Real Time box.

As also shown in the rules, you must play a bit of the loading screen or at least the opening cutscene to prove no saves were used. The recording then must continue to the rating screen. No rating screens= rejection.

Every level and category uses In-Game Time. For individual level runs, simply refer to the rating screen to check in-game time.

For full game runs, add up the rating screen time of each level. If you restart, you MUST have in game timer HUD on. In this case the time on the timer (when you reset) will be added to your IGT.

You can set a default loadout by pressing P when you have the planning menu active (where you select a starting location, what gear you take, what pistol you have etc.) Then that default loadout will be saved for that location, note that you can only have one default loadout per location. So for example in sapienza, if you set up a default loadout for world of tomorrow, the same loadout will be for the icon, landslide, and the author. (Apart from the starting locations and smuggling locations what may vary per mission.)

In some maps you can start in different starting locations if you have the mastery level for that map. In addition the player may have trimmed out the menuing to a starting location part if it was an individual level run. Again, hard to say without seeing the video in question.
